Here at JCSE, we aim at developing a community of like-minded researchers and eliminate the barriers to publishing. We are an independent institute and do not depend on funding from external institutions. Being an Open Access Publisher, there are no charges for accessing our journals and sub-content.

All fees paid by authors as an Article Processing Charge (APC) are used to fund a variety of activities and operations that keep our platform running, such as technology, salaries, and other business costs, peer review coordination and management, and article production and promotion, among other things.
